Online Coaching is a program fully customized to the client, and progressed on a 4 week basis with adjustments made as needed. All coaching matters take place through the mobile app Trainerize. Trainerize offers many services, and allows for constant communication between trainer and client, and tools to track nutrition, body measurements, goals, workouts (weight, reps, notes, etc.), and so much more to help you maximize your potential, and build a healthy lifestyle!
